In life's grand stage, I took my place,
Not to impress, nor win the race,
But to be true, uniquely me,
To cherish those I love, you see.
I shed my fears, embraced the light,
No longer trapped in darkest night,
And in this quest, I found my worth,
A life well-lived, my joyous birth.
So be your friend, let judgments cease,
For self-compassion brings true peace,
In being you, a heart set free,
Embrace yourself, and let life be.
