Author's/Photographer's Commentary: I have never once in my life stepped out of Malaysia, not even to our neighbouring countries of Thailand or Singapore. I have lived here for 22 years but there is always something to marvel at, to wonder and to appreciate. I gaze at the shadows Malaysians cast, I am mesmerised by the towering buildings in the Malaysian city, and I admire the skies formed above the Malaysian land. These sceneries are common and everywhere, but it is around me and I cannot help but take it all inside me.
