GOMBAK, 16th October 2024: The annual IIUM Book Festival is back again in 2024! The event is organised by IIUM PRESS and will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from 16th to 19th October 2024 at Kuliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED) Gallery, IIUM, Gombak.
The four-day event is filled with various activities that will cater for the hearts of book lovers within and beyond the IIUM community. For instance, there will be book giveaways, book talk sessions, book exhibitions and food truck vendors to appease the festival goers’ hunger.

Plus, an offer of book discount is available if the visitors buy some books from exhibitors at the event. Some book exhibitors are IIUM PRESS, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, PTS and Buku FIXI. Evidently, the book festival offers a wide selection of books to choose from that visitors can peruse before they decide to buy.

Besides, admission to the book festival is free. Therefore, visitors from outside the IIUM community are welcome to attend the book festival with family and friends to make the event more memorable.
It is hoped that the IIUM Book Festival 2024 will motivate everyone to read or increase reading habits for book lovers, especially the IIUM community. — TBC
