GOMBAK, 23rd November 2023: On November 23, 2023, the students from two sections coordinated by Dr Homam presented a British Literature Exhibition as an assignment project for the ENGL3140 subject at Human Sciences Square, IIUM (HS Square)

Every corner of HS Square was set up with visually appealing infographic posters showcasing 14 interesting topics from seven groups from both sections.

The exhibition was crowded with visitors who came to see it and showed such great support. They responded with comments while listening intently, and each presenter was full of determination when they gave an explanation regarding their own topic to the people who were listening.

“The preparation was hectic for my group as our title is a general title. That is because our title is postmodernism, and there is a lot we need to read in order to gain enough information for the poster,” stated Nursoleha, one of the students who took part in the exhibition.

“As it is my first exhibition, I feel nervous and excited at the same time,” she added.

The three-hour event ran from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., and when it ended, the visitors felt delighted as they brought with them the information they gained from this short but beneficial exhibition.

Despite the fact that this was the first exhibition for most of the students, they managed to pull off the event and engage with the guests with great enthusiasm.

Nursoleha said, "I appreciate my teammates' effort in making our group exhibition a success. As this exhibition will be a good memory for me, I hope that everyone will be given a chance to experience doing an exhibition." "I really enjoyed my first exhibition," added Nursoleha in her final comment.  ***
