GOMBAK, 13th December 2024: The RND Module Workshop 2024, organized by the Bureau of Research and Development (RND) under the STEADFAST IIUM club, took place on 8 December 2024, running from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
This workshop aimed to equip participants with essential skills in designing effective and impactful modules, featuring a session led by Br. Saiful Farhan Bin Mashor, a knowledgeable and experienced professional in facilitation.
The workshop attracted a wide range of participants, including members of the STEADFAST club and representatives from numerous other clubs within IIUM. This diverse attendance created an opportunity for collaboration and knowledge sharing among students from different backgrounds and areas of interest.

Br. Saiful Farhan shared his vast expertise in facilitation, providing valuable insights into module creation and facilitation techniques. He also evaluated the modules and ice-breaking activities prepared by the chief facilitators, offering constructive feedback to improve their quality and effectiveness.

In addition to these evaluations, participants took part in hands-on sessions where they played the modules provided by the speaker. These interactive activities allowed participants to experience the modules firsthand, ensuring they gained both theoretical understanding and practical application skills by the end of the program.
The RND Workshop 2024 came to a successful end by equipping participants with valuable skills in facilitation and module creation. The program left a lasting effect on all participants by fostering cooperation and knowledge sharing through expert guidance and engaging hands-on sessions.—TBC
