GOMBAK, 16 May 2024: In a ground-breaking move towards nurturing the next generation of leaders, Harmoni IIUM has officially launched the Seed Academy at Pusat Community IKRAM Gombak.

At the helm of this visionary project is Project Manager Mus’ab Hermee, whose recent LinkedIn post shed light on the journey behind the Seed Academy's inception. “Our mission was clear from the start: to cultivate a program that empowers student leaders to thrive. After months of meticulous planning and collaboration, we are thrilled to see our vision come to fruition,” he remarked.

Mus’ab provided insights into the meticulous approach taken in designing the Seed Academy’s curriculum. “Through extensive surveys and consultations, we identified key areas where students expressed the need for support. This led us to focus on three core pillars: goal setting, effective task management, and interpersonal skills. With unwavering dedication, our proposal was carefully crafted and ultimately approved,” he elaborated.

The Seed Academy made its debut on May 11-12, captivating participants with a dynamic array of workshops, activities, and hands-on experiences tailored to foster leadership excellence.
