PETALING JAYA, 13 July 2023: A six-year-old boy has undergone a traumatic school event when one of his male teachers bit particular parts of his body.
The mother of the child exposed the event on a social media platform, Facebook. She claimed that her child would occasionally ask his mother about school break, and whenever it was time to go to school, his cheerful demeanour would change to somberness.
“Imagine that every Sunday, Abang Cik (son) would complain and ask when the next holiday is,” mentioned Eyma Zaideen in a post on Facebook.
Eyma wrote, “One day, he came home from school with a sullen face and teary eyes, and after he was done crying, I asked him if there was anyone bullying him.”
Her son’s answer made Eyma dismayed and furious. It turns out that her son had been assaulted by getting bitten on several body parts. Disappointingly, this behaviour was conducted by a shameless male teacher at his school.
Her son confessed his disgust by saying that he did not want to go to the school anymore and expressed his wish to transfer to another school. Abang Cik also described the teacher’s action by saying that the teacher always bites and pulls his lips, ears, and nose, and it causes him pain.
“At first, I could not believe his words, so I asked his brother and sister, who attended the same school, about the actions of the teacher. Indeed, ‘Cikgu Nor’ is popular at school for biting people, which always makes the students distance themselves in fear of being his victim.”
“He is not an educator but a vampire. Other parents might keep silent about this, but I would not do so. We will see how I deal with you, Cikgu Nor.” Eyma asserted and warned.
Following the post, other confessors came forward, like Facebook user Eyka. She claimed that there are also other victims of the disgusting conduct aside from Abang Cik, including female students.
Lim Hui Ying, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, said that the Ministry will not allow such acts to happen and is constantly making proactive efforts to take prevention measures to ensure that awareness reached the students. She added that their side will never compromise on such issues.***
